Early Afternoon Review 07/10/09



The break of the overnight low was a fake breakout. A high probability trade is a long entry on the correction following a new pivot high.

    my hunch with XOM and GS seems to work out so far this morning..... quote : a bullish story in a bear mkt.
    What I said on friday is true today more than ever after this strong morning reversal....
    most pain for most mkt. participants seems to be the upside

    If my analysis is correct than we should see a monster short squeeze over the next 3 days.
    But first lets see if we close the opening gap... I would assume not but we need a close above 885 today to have a valid chance towards a squeeze
