Here you can find a PDF version of the CIA book "Psychology of Intelligence Analysis".
I have not read it yet, but some of the chapters that caught my eye are:
Chapter 2: Perception: Why Can't We See What Is There to Be Seen?
Chapter5: Do You Really Need More Information?
Chapter6: Keeping an Open Mind
And all the chapters on Bias.
The book has a good review by Dr. Vaughan Bell, except that the book does not discuss the effect of emotion on our biased thinking processes.
