Even during downtrend periods in the middle of the day, the longer term averages remained well above zero.
Each time the ES Futures tried testing the previous pivot highs, the NYSE and ALL US Stocks Advance - Decline Lines were showing strength rather than weakness, and the large caps eventually kept advancing upward.
The VIX was also confirming strength rather than weakness.
