Actually a strange day with a strange looking volume profile. Not sure what that dip was at 1500 ET, but it didn't scare the bulls. As the market tested yesterday's day session high, the short term $TICK average stayed above the longer term average. Eventually the market just jumped past yesterday's high. Maybe we will get a buy on the rumor and sell on the news type of thing tomorrow after the employment numbers are released in the morning.
