Long Positions were the high probability trades in the morning session as indicated by Market Structure of a continuation of Higher Highs and lows.
The Lower High does not become an official lower High Pivot until a lower Low Pivot is made, which happened at 1370 after lunch. It is at this point that Short Positions become the high probability trade.
