I like the way humans think. When the market is in a bear phase, traders will find bad news even in good news. When the market is in a bull phase, good news can be found in bad news.
The ADP Report this morning was bad, but not as bad as traders expected, so the market goes up. Also, Bank of America may not need as much government help as first reported. A lot of short covering this morning.
